Breakfast Burrito:
ingredients:
3 eggs, 3 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1/2 roma tomato, 1 flour tortilla, ketchup
directions:
1. cut up tomato, ham, & cheese into little squares
2. crack eggs in mixing bowl and mix
3. throw in ham, cheese & tomato
4. mix a little more
5. omelette-ize (basically pour into a frying pan and fry it up for a little bit)
6. place omelette on tortilla
7. fold
8. serve with ketchup
skills needed:
cutting, mixing, omelette-izing, folding
extra notes:
add a little salt & pepper if it pleases you, substituting or adding sausage would probably be good too, substituting or adding bacon sounds good too.
Fried Tofu:
ingredients:
tofu, oil
directions:
1. cut up tofu as shown above
2. put oil into a frying pan
3. when the oil is hot put the tofu into the frying pan
4. flip with tofu is golden brown on the bottom
5. remove and place on top of a plate covered with a paper towel when done (this will help absorb a lot of the oil from the frying process. though if you really like oil you can disregard the paper towel)
6. serve with rice

cutting, oil dodging (oil will splatter when it gets really hot)
extra notes:
fried tofu is also really good with boiled cabbage with fish sauce eggs or fried talapia and sweet and spicy sauce. all with a side of rice of course.
Green Egg Ramen:
ingredients:
2 ramen packets, 3 eggs, purple cabbage
directions:
1. boil water with the msg packets (don’t put the msg packets in after it’s boiled, trust me)
2. while the water is coming to a boil chop up some purple cabbage
3. once the water comes to a boil drop in the ramen
4. when the ramen gets soft crack the eggs into the ramen
5. mix the eggs into the noodles
6. throw in the purple cabbage
7. let it continue to cook for a little bit
8. relocate everything into a bowl

if you can afford chicken broth, use chicken broth instead of water and msg packets.
